IMPORTANT TRACKING NOTE FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- Woodzee provides tracking from the US to the customs & duties facility in the country the customer placed the order. Following the arrival in the county the order originated, the customer’s local postal service will take over the transportation of the box. Woodzee does not have access to this information, and it is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local postal/courier service to track their package.

FAQs

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed during the week will generally be shipped out within one day of being placed. Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will generally be shipped out the next business day.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Your tracking number will be available the day after your order is shipped out. You can also contact woodzee@woodzee.com or give us a call at 1-877-370-1777 to inquire about your package any time after placing your order.

What's the difference between Order Date and Ship Date?

Order date is the date upon which your order was entered into the Woodzee system. Ship date is the date upon which your order was processed and transferred to the delivery service provider.

Can I change my shipping service on an existing order?

Who pays for international import duties and taxes?

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt in destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Woodzee has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.
