EYEWEAR WARRANTY

Woodzee offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. To qualify, you must have proof of purchase from an authorized Woodzee dealer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, environmental damage, scratched lenses, loss or theft. This warranty does not apply to damage due to direct or indirect misuse or abuse. Woodzee will review your claim and if your eyewear is deemed defective, we will repair or replace your eyewear at no cost to you. 

KEEP GLASSES LIKE NEW:

  • To rejuvenate dried-out wood, use beeswax, or butcher block oil.
  • Keep glasses in original case when not being worn.
  • Clean lenses with lens cleaner and provided microfiber pouch.
  • To maintain fit, use eyeglass toolkit to tighten screws.
  • Seek professional assistance to clean stains.
WATCH WARRANTY

Woodzee offers a limited warranty of materials and workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. To qualify, you must have proof of purchase from an authorized Woodzee dealer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, batteries, crystal, band, watch case, loss or theft. This warranty does not apply to damage due to direct or indirect misuse or abuse. Woodzee will review your claim and if your watch is deemed defective, we will repair or replace at no cost to you.
