Returns and exchanges postmarked within 30 days of delivery are eligible for refund to the original form of payment. Orders within the continental U.S. receive free return shipping. See below for further information and instructions.

    Woodzee products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging.

  3. How should I ship my return or exchange?
    Eligible returns and exchanges within the U.S. postmarked within 30 days can be shipped free using the return shipping label included with your original order. If your order did not come with a return label, please email customerservice@woodzee.com or give us a call at 1-877-370-1777 to see if you are eligible for free return shipping.

    For international returns and exchanges, we recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information.
  4. When will my credit card be refunded?
    Your credit card will be refunded within 3-5 days of the return being processed.
  5. Can I return/exchange a sale item?
    Yes, sale items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging.
