How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Your tracking number will be available the day after your order is shipped out. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes with standard shipping for $3. Delivery time to APO/FPO and PO Boxes varies and is generally longer than our standard 4-10 business day Ground Shipping. What's the difference between Order Date and Ship Date?
Order date is the date upon which your order was entered into the Woodzee system. Ship date is the date upon which your order was processed and transferred to the delivery service provider.
Can I change my shipping service on an existing order?

Do I need to sign for my order?

All international orders are delivered within 10 - 30 days.
Lost or Stolen Orders
Woodzee is committed to shipping your order in a timely and safe manner. However, we can not guarantee they will make it to their intended destination when are orders shipped outside the U.S. Woodzee is not responsible for lost or stolen goods. Who pays for international import duties and taxes?
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt in destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Woodzee has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or Undeliverable Packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. If you wish to reship a refused or undeliverable package? The new shipping costs depend on which new shipping method you choose. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your order.
You will only be charged shipping and handling once. There are no additional shipping charges for back-ordered items that ship separately from the original order. Back-ordered items are sent via Standard shipping.
